Tina Shute

Vice President of Asset/Property Management

Tina is our Vice President of Asset/Property Management for REI Investments, Inc. In her role as asset manager, Tina is responsible for managing the value of the portfolio of properties managed by REI. As part of her duties, she oversees strategic planning, investment analysis, and operation and marketability analysis, as well as positioning the properties in the marketplace in accordance with market trends and conditions.

In her role as Vice President of Property Management, Tina oversees our Property Management team. REI currently manages over 2.3 million square feet of space. Tina received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Indianapolis.

She is an active member of IndyCREW and has served as the chairperson of the Budget and Finance Committee. She participates in the United Way of Central Indiana Day of Caring for Hamilton County and is a member of Golden Key Honor Society and Alpha Sigma Lambda, Zeta Chi Chapter.
