About Us

REI is a real estate solutions company

REI is a real estate services company based in Indianapolis, Indiana.

We own approximately 1 million square feet of office space and operate more than 2.8 million square feet in the Indianapolis area alone and have decades of experience working on major development and construction projects across the nation. Moreover, we provide a full range of real estate services to local, regional, and national clients; we seek to build long-term relationships that build value for all parties involved. What we do may not be unusual. How we do it is another story. Our goal is to bring our insight and experience to every project in a way that adds value for our strategic partners. The bottom line is, we’re in the business of making intelligent financial and operational real estate decisions for our company and our clients — and exceeding expectations in every case.

We pledge to be good corporate citizens, freely giving our time, resources, and expertise to worthwhile community organizations and encouraging and supporting our employees in their efforts to give back to the causes that matter most to them. We understand that we have an obligation to help those less fortunate than ourselves and support the development of the civic and cultural resources that make our community a great place to live, work, and raise a family. We serve on non-for-profit boards. We contribute financially to the causes we love. We roll up our sleeves and pitch in. Here are just a few of the organizations we support:

Energy management is ensuring that we create sound energy and environmental strategies that benefit the planet and our assets — if we can’t do both, it’s not a sound strategy. After all, it’s our job to ensure that we increase the value of the assets we manage as well as provide tenants cost savings too.

Demonstrating results requires more than just talk, it requires action – as such, REI is an Energy Star partner and with their in-house Green Initiatives Team, has implemented policies with the goal to benefit investors, tenants and the environment.
